Design Week Portland kicked off this past weekend and continues through Friday. This week will represent a creative showcase meant to elevate the city’s reputation as a design hub. Anyone with an interest in design whether it is graphics, fashion, mobile app development and more, there is sure to be an event for you.
Design Week Portland is hosting 222 events throughout the week. Venture to one of the 159 open houses at various studios, workshops, design centers, galleries, labs and architectural offices. Listen to one of the 65 speakers in the design industry for inspiration. Attend one of the 31 workshops (many are free) and learn a new skill with like-minded local creatives. Sit in on one of the 26 panel discussions with some of the top local firms in Portland.
